The process

Understanding your goals

We’ll meet (online or in person) for a no-commitment chat about what you would like to get from coaching, how I can help and if coaching is right for you.

Step 1

planning

We’ll agree on the focus of your sessions, what you would like to achieve by the end of the coaching and pin down the practicalities (timing, frequency etc) to fit around your schedule.

Step 2

COaching sessions

The exciting bit! Together we will identify your strengths, the things that are holding you back and discover the steps to helping you achieve your goals.

Step 3

My approach

I combine evidence-based psychological practices, drawn from my professional training as a psychologist and experience in business, with impactful coaching techniques to help you achieve your goals and enhance your well-being.
